2. Information we collect
We collect account details, project files and records you submit, support communications, and technical information needed to secure and operate the service. In disclosed test environments, agent prompts, responses, provider-returned reasoning, tool activity, source excerpts, rendered pages viewed by the agent, latency, and token usage may be collected as evaluation traces.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide estimating workflows, evaluate and improve agent accuracy, prevent abuse, support users, maintain reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Agent traces exclude inaccessible model internals, unopened file bytes, and detected credentials.
4. Service providers
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, storage, model inference, agent-trace analytics, monitoring, and other infrastructure. They may process information only for the services they provide to us. Stripe processes payments and billing details when you buy project credits. Tuqo stores purchase records and Stripe account references, not full card numbers. Stripe may retain payment records as required for its services and legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when you direct us to, in connection with a business transaction, or when required to protect rights, safety, and legal compliance.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Deleting an account removes its Tuqo projects and files. We retain a keyed email fingerprint to prevent abuse.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You can export project audit records and permanently delete your account from the workspace account menu. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing.
9. International processing
Information may be processed where we and our service providers operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
