Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to the Tuqo service provided by Tuqo, located at . By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Tuqo provides tools for organizing project evidence, takeoff, estimate calculations, decisions, and proposals. You remain responsible for reviewing project inputs, calculations, qualifications, and issued deliverables.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. Project credits and payments

New accounts receive 50 trial credits on each of their first two projects, without a card. Deleting a project or recreating an account does not restart the trial. Additional credits cost US$1 each in packs of 100, 250, 500, or 1,000, plus applicable tax shown at Stripe Checkout. Purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal or top-up.

Credits belong to the selected project, do not expire, and cannot be transferred between projects or redeemed for cash. One credit covers US$0.08 of billable model cost including the provider fee. Usage is charged fractionally from provider receipts; cached requests cost less. System failures and automatic retry attempts are not charged. Successful work retained when you stop a task or it pauses for credits can use credits. When a project needs more credits, additional AI work pauses; saved files, results, exports, and manual edits remain available. Deleting a project removes access to its remaining credits, so contact support about unused purchased credits before deleting.

Stripe processes payments and emails receipts. Contact support for billing questions and refund requests; applicable statutory rights remain unchanged. Refunds and payment disputes remove the corresponding purchased credits and may pause additional AI work if those credits have already been used.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of project files and data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and present that content to provide the service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, compromise another account, distribute malicious code, or disrupt the service.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, or modify the service. We will provide notice when a material change requires it.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service assists professional judgment but does not replace review by a qualified estimator. Any warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and mandatory rights apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

You may permanently delete your account at any time. Account deletion is irreversible, so export any records you need first. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, or security risk, subject to applicable notice requirements.
